VANTAGENS

Nevertheless, unforeseen situations may arise. Once a TERN bicycle finds a new home, the brand recommends registering the machine to enjoy several advantageous features:

  • Exclusive Offers and Discounts

  • Dedicated Customer Support

  • Regular Updates and Information

  • Access to TERN Community

Once you sign up for Tern Care, you’ll have the following coverage:

  • Ten Years - Frame, Handlepost, Fork

  • One Year - All other original parts, including Tern or BioLogic branded parts and components, except where noted in the warranty information that came with your bicycle.

Overall, signing up for TERN Care can enhance your ownership experience by providing added protection, support, and value.

BATERIA

It is guaranteed that within the first two years of a Bosch battery's life, after 500 completed charge cycles, there will still be efficiency of at least 60%.
