As an Operations Assistant / Tour Guide, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting customers, and leading engaging e-bike tours.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves working with people, being creative, and being outdoors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• You need to have an unconditional love for our Porto!
  Each group is unique, making it feel more like riding with friends than simply reciting Porto’s history to strangers. That’s why a genuine passion for learning and studying the stories of our “Invicta” – beyond the basic Wikipedia versions – is an absolute must.

• You should, of course, know how to ride a bike with ease and safety!
  You’ll be leading a group of tourists around Porto on an electric bike, passionately sharing what makes our city so marvelous – with a sprinkle of well-seasoned humor along the way.

• Genuinely warm, energetic, and naturally approachable—someone people instantly connect with and feel comfortable around.

• Speak fluently at least two languages, being one of them always English and Portuguese
  We have a preference for a third language (either French, Spanish or German), but it’s not mandatory.

• Besides these tasks more affiliated with tourism, we would also need you to assist in day-to-day moments, like partnerships and rentals check-in/check-out (when not in a tour). You fancy design, marketing, multimedia, social media or copywriting? if so, we already like you very much!

• Availability for a full-time role, 5 days a week, including at least a Saturday or a Sunday;

• Bachelor’s degree in any field—what matters most is your enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tour guiding is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Enormous desire to learn and grow within the responsibilities of the company. The function requires sometimes being able to make decisions with common sense and good intent without too much time to think;

• Dynamic and proactive behavior in the search for solutions instead of identifying only the problems;

• Lead exciting e-bike tours through Porto, turning every ride into an unforgettable adventure with engaging stories and local insights.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and empathy, ensuring every guest feels welcome—whether in person, online, or by phone.

• Manage rentals and tour bookings seamlessly, from check-in to check-out, creating a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers.

• Keep our e-bikes in top shape by assisting with basic maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring every ride is safe and enjoyable.

• Take an active role in running a premium urban e-bike shop, showing independence, initiative, and a passion for top-notch service.
